SNOWSHOE SETBACK FOR JASON THOMAS.
27th Jun 2011

F.A.R.Husqvarna/Rockwell Time`s Jason Thomas suffered a setback to his GNCC racing season at the MotoSport.com Snowshoe event held this weekend in the Blue Ridge mountains of West Virginia.
Whilst pushing hard at the front of the XC2 PRO-LITES class aboard his
Husqvarna TXC250F,he suffered a drive-chain failure which put him out of
the day`s action.Though obviously very disappointed,Thomas took a
philosophical view of a setback which was really out of his control:`You
know, its just been one of those season`s so far for me here at the
GNCC`s in 2011.Sometimes that`s the way it goes in racing,& you just
have to pick up the pieces & move on.What`s happened today is
nobody`s fault, its just one of those things.Obviously, its a setback to
myself & my team`s Championship hopes, but, speaking for myself
personally,i just take each race as it comes anyways,& always try to
do the best i can.` Jason will be back in GNCC action again in two
weeks time at the Wiseco John Penton event, being held over the weekend
of July 10th/11th at Millfield,Ohio.
